Dear #Insight readers, I have decided to relaunch my Blog on the First of July 2020 as more and more readers were left devastated when I stopped publishing stories and profiles this was because of my studies that I had to focus on. but do not despair I will be bringing you fresh new content and you can also advise me of the content you want to read about.

Makhosini Nkosi Born in Piet Ritief Mpumalanga,  African National Congress  Mayoral candidate for Newcastle Local Municipality Makhosini Nkosi was born  by Jacob and Jessey Nkosi. He was raised by his grandmother when he moved to Dundonald former Kwa-Ngwane Homeland, and his parents moved to Ermelo due to work purposes. From Radio 702 to Thobela FM, Passion will take you everywhere

Image courtesy of Hope Motau Ngwanamakwa Koketšo Hope Motau of Thobela FM once had an interview with #Insight on his days working for TUT’S Department of Journalism as a TV student assistant and as a freelancer for Talk Radio 702’s Eyewitness News for close to two years. The Ga-Mathabatha (Limpopo) born radio host Motau says “I have always been passionate about radio and journalism and my journey started back in 2010 when I studied Versatile Broadcasting, continued to do a National Diploma in Journalism and a B-Tech in Journalism from TUT.” On his journey working as a freelancer for Radio 702’s Eyewitness News he was working there as a journalist covering stories for both radio and online platforms, and that how he got an opportunity to work for SABC’s Thobela FM. “I am just a country boy from Mzimkhulu.” Sihle Sinethemba Dlamini

Sihle Sinethemba Dlamini SABC Kids News presenter, Tshwane University of Technology student studying towards a Language Practice Diploma. Born in Mzimkhulu a village located in Kwazulu Natal, a first born out of four children raised by his grandmother. Sihle Sinethemba Dlamini shared his life journey with #Insight On a recent interview I had with him, he said he grew up in Mzimkhulu for the first ten years of his life. Mzimkhulu is a rural area located in Kwazulu Natal. He described the difficulties he faced growing up in an area with no basic facilities. “I used to fetch water, wood and cattle daily.” Said Dlamini. He mentioned that he used to engage in stick fighting and traditional dance as a hobby as they were no playing facilities such as parks for children in the area.
